Programmable Chiral Radiation via Spin‐Decoupled Metasurface with Integrated Compound Phases
A programmable spin‐decoupled metasurface integrating propagation and geometric phases enables high‐purity chiral radiation with reconfigurable emission direction. Spin‐selective radiators combined with a compound phase decoupling strategy suppress undesired components, while embedded PIN diodes allow real‐time directional control.

A Scalable and Integrated Reconfigurable Intelligent Surface
A scalable X‐band reconfigurable intelligent surface is presented using one‐bit phase‐tunable unit cells with integrated FPGA control. The RIS supports fast, high‐speed reconfiguration through WiFi, LAN, and USB interfaces and can be scaled to multiple tiles. The design achieves over 20 dBi broadside gain and reliable 2D beam steering in both elevation

Learning Optimal Crowd Evacuation from Scratch Through Self‐Play
How would a superintelligent crowd behave in emergencies? This study develops an approach using multiagent deep reinforcement learning combined with self‐play to discover optimal evacuation strategies for pressure‐aware agents. The model learns behaviors such as queuing and zipper‐merging that significantly surpass traditional approaches in fatality ...
