SCAPS Simulation and Optimization of High‐Efficient New AZO/MoS2/CIGS/NiO Heterostructure Solar Cell
The maximum efficiency obtained is 24.31% for the designed AZO/MoS2/CIGS solar cell structure after optimization. An ultra‐thin strongly doped p‐type nickel oxide (NiO) of 0.05 µm thick and 1020 cm−3 doping density as back surface field is also added between absorber and back contact.
