Role of Testosterone Signaling in Microglia: A Potential Role for Sex‐Related Differences in Alzheimer's Disease

Testosterone enhances Aβ‐induced autophagy in microglia via the non‐genomic testosterone receptor GPRC6A, promoting Aβ clearance by suppressing ERK phosphorylation and inhibiting mTOR activation. PPY‐Induced iCAFs Cultivate an Immunosuppressive Microenvironment in Pancreatic Cancer

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma features abundant stromal components that hinder therapy efficacy. Single‐cell RNA sequencing analysis combined with experiments identified PPY, a gastrointestinal hormone, as a novel inducer of immunosuppressive iCAFs. Mechanistic studies revealed that PPY activates the non‐canonical NF‐κB pathway via EGFR.

An Agrin–YAP/TAZ Rigidity Sensing Module Drives EGFR‐Addicted Lung Tumorigenesis

The study identifies agrin‐EGFR mechanotransduction as a critical driver of lung adenocarcinoma which enhances EGFR signaling through an integrin‐FAK‐actomyosin dependent positive feedback on YAP/TAZ ‐TEAD in response to matrix stiffness. Targeting this oncogenic loop through combinatorial treatments inhibits lung cancer due to agrin impairment.

Cryo‐EM Analysis of a Tri‐Heme Cytochrome‐Associated RC‐LH1 Complex from the Marine Photoheterotrophic Bacterium Dinoroseobacter Shibae

Cryo‐EM reveals a closed 17‐subunit LH ring encircling the RC‐LH1 complex in Dinoroseobacter shibae, featuring a novel helix‐turn‐helix subunit bridging RC and LH.
