The Biomechanical Characteristics of the Cerebral Palsy Children When Walking with Bare-Foot
目的:研究脑瘫儿童步行过程下肢生物力学特征。方法:中岳阳医院步态分析实验室课题组自2013到2015年采集33名脑瘫患儿三维步态数据,其粗大运动功能分级为Ⅰ~Ⅲ级,有自主行动能力,符合试验要求,能够完成试验。课题组将病例按照年龄分组(3~5岁组,6~7岁组)并与近十年本步态分析实验室采集的相同年龄段中国正常儿童三维步态数据做对照,分别运用两独立样本T检验,得到下肢运动学及动力学数据,并分析脑瘫儿童步行过程中下肢生物力学特征。结果:与正常儿童相比,同年龄脑瘫患儿双侧步长、步速、单支撑相明显减小(p < 0.05);双侧步宽、双支撑相明显增大(p < 0.05)。各关节运动学方面:脑瘫患儿髋关节摆动相屈曲角度明显增大(p < 0.05);左侧踝关节摆动相跖屈角度明显偏低(p < 0.05 ...
