From January 2024 to May 2025, 207 patients (68.6% females) affected by CHE were enrolled to be clinically and etiologically investigated using a case report form specifically developed. Summary Objective This study investigates the association of melanoma risk with total‐body nevus count and the presence of atypical nevi in younger (< 40 years) and older (> 60 years) individuals.
