Influence of the Support on Ni Catalyst Response During Plasma‐Driven CO2 Methanation

CO2 uptake and Ni reducibility are the dominant catalyst characteristics governing effective plasma‐catalytic CO2 methanation. Support selection for a plasma‐catalytic reaction should be based on it possessing characteristics favourable for the reaction at hand, akin to selecting the right catalyst material for thermal‐only systems.
