Triangular C2 Interpolants by Piecewise Rational Functions

open access: yesChemical Engineering Transactions, 2016
In this paper a C2 interpolation scheme on a triangle is presented. The interpolant assumes given values and derivatives of orders up to 2 at the vertices of the triangle. It is made up of partial interpolants blended with weight functions.

On the size of lattice simplices with a single interior lattice point

open access: yes, 2012
Let $\mathcal{T}^d(1)$ be the set of all $d$-dimensional simplices $T$ in $\real^d$ with integer vertices and a single integer point in the interior of $T$.

The Gergonne point generalized through convex coordinates

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1999
The Gergonne point of a triangle is the point at which the three cevians to the points of tangency between the incircle and the sides of the triangle are concurrent.

Gravimagnetic effect of the barycentric motion of the Sun and determination of the post-Newtonian parameter gamma in the Cassini experiment

open access: yes, 2007
The most precise test of the post-Newtonian gamma parameter in the solar system has been achieved in measurement of the frequency shift of radio waves to and from the Cassini spacecraft as they passed near the Sun.

A New Concept of PWM Duty Cycle Computation Using the Barycentric Coordinates in a Three–Dimensional Voltage Vectors Arrangement

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2020
The paper presents a novel approach to the Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) duty cycle computing for complex or irregular voltage vector arrangements in the two (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) Cartesian coordinate systems.

The effect of the motion of the Sun on the light-time in interplanetary relativistic experiments

open access: yes, 2008
In 2002 a measurement of the effect of solar gravity upon the phase of coherent microwave beams passing near the Sun has been carried out with the Cassini mission, allowing a very accurate measurement of the PPN parameter $\gamma$.

THE INFLUENCE OF THE GRAVITATIONAL PERTURBATIONS OF THE SOLAR SYSTEM PLANETS ON THE EVOLUTION OF THEIR ORBITS’ ECCENTRICITIES AND INCLINATIONS

open access: yesРоссийский технологический журнал, 2017
In the paper the classic problem of N bodies is treated as if the mass of one body (the Sun) is much larger than the mass of the rest mutually gravitating bodies. We take as the unperturbed motion the movement of a planet in an elliptical orbit, with the
