Towards Dynamic Urban Bike Usage Prediction for Station Network Reconfiguration [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2020
Bike sharing has become one of the major choices of transportation for residents in metropolitan cities worldwide. A station-based bike sharing system is usually operated in the way that a user picks up a bike from one station, and drops it off at another.

IoT Based Weather Station

open access: yes, 2020
An atmosphere station can be depicted as an instrument or device, which outfits us with the information of the atmosphere in our neighbouring condition. Hereafter, this contraption on a very basic level resources the temperature, pressure, dampness. There are various types of sensors present in the model, using which all the recently referenced limits ...

Cell‐free DNA aneuploidy score as a dynamic early response marker in prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
mFast‐SeqS‐based genome‐wide aneuploidy scores are concordant with aneuploidy scores obtained by whole genome sequencing from tumor tissue and can predict response to ARSI treatment at baseline and, at an early time point, to ARSI and taxanes. This assay can be easily performed at low cost and requires little input of cfDNA. Cell‐free circulating tumor

GenAD: General Representations of Multivariate Time Seriesfor Anomaly Detection [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2022
The reliability of wireless base stations in China Mobile is of vital importance, because the cell phone users are connected to the stations and the behaviors of the stations are directly related to user experience. Although the monitoring of the station behaviors can be realized by anomaly detection on multivariate time series, due to complex ...

Clinical significance of stratifying prostate cancer patients through specific circulating genes

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We tested a specific panel of genes representative of luminal, neuroendocrine and stem‐like cells in the blood of prostate cancer patients, showing predictive value from diagnosis to late stages of disease. This approach allows monitoring of treatment responses and outcomes at specific time points in trajectories.

Meta-learning Based Short-Term Passenger Flow Prediction for Newly-Operated Urban Rail Transit Stations [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2022
Accurate short-term passenger flow prediction in urban rail transit stations has great benefits for reasonably allocating resources, easing congestion, and reducing operational risks. However, compared with data-rich stations, the passenger flow prediction in newly-operated stations is limited by passenger flow data volume, which would reduce the ...

Transcriptome‐wide analysis of circRNA and RBP profiles and their molecular relevance for GBM

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
CircRNAs are differentially expressed in glioblastoma primary tumors and might serve as therapeutic targets and diagnostic markers. The investigation of circRNA and RNA‐binding proteins (RBPs) interactions shows that distinct RBPs play a role in circRNA biogenesis and function.

Multidimensional OMICs reveal ARID1A orchestrated control of DNA damage, splicing, and cell cycle in normal‐like and malignant urothelial cells

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the frequently mutated chromatin remodeler ARID1A, a subunit of the SWI/SNF cBAF complex, results in less open chromatin, alternative splicing, and the failure to stop cells from progressing through the cell cycle after DNA damage in bladder (cancer) cells. Created in BioRender. Epigenetic regulators, such as the SWI/SNF complex, with important

Gravity Base Stations in Antarctica [PDF]

open access: yesGeophysical Journal of the Royal Astronomical Society, 1962
Summary Gravity base stations established in Antarctica during the austral summer of 1960-61 are presented and compared with previous results by various observers. The use of two geodetic gravity meters, viz. a LaCoste-Romberg and a Worden has increased the accuracy and resolved several discrepancies. Ties were made between Christchurch, New Zealand

Age Structure and Spatial Distribution Pattern of Rubber Tapping Labor Force in Hainan Island

open access: yesRedai dili
Currently, tapping is the only method of obtaining natural rubber, an essential industrial raw material. The stability of the labor force supply for tapping is crucial for the sustainable development of the natural rubber industry.
