Current trends in single‐cell RNA sequencing applications in diabetes mellitus
Single‐cell RNA sequencing is a powerful approach to decipher the cellular and molecular landscape at a single‐cell resolution. The rapid development of this technology has led to a wide range of applications, including the detection of cellular and molecular mechanisms and the identification and introduction of novel potential diagnostic and ...

Phenotypic plasticity in a newly established set of EGFR inhibitor‐adapted NSCLC cell lines during adaptation and in established cell lines. Here, we introduce novel sublines of the EGFR‐mutant non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cell lines HCC827 and HCC4006 adapted to the EGFR kinase inhibitors gefitinib (HCC827rGEFI2μm, HCC4006rGEFI1μm), erlotinib ...

Positive Periodic Solutions of an Epidemic Model with Seasonality
An SEI autonomous model with logistic growth rate and its corresponding nonautonomous model are investigated. For the autonomous case, we give the attractive regions of equilibria and perform some numerical simulations.

Caloric restriction that extends lifespan induces the expression of PGC‐1α and MIPEP in white adipose tissue. In this study, co‐overexpression of Pgc‐1α and Mipep upregulated the gene expression of PHOSPHO1. These findings provide new insights into mitochondria‐related mechanisms underlying the effects of caloric restriction in adipocytes.

This study presents a novel approach to teaching Python and bioinformatics using team‐based learning and cloud‐hosted notebooks. By integrating interactive coding into biomedical education, the method improves accessibility, student engagement, and confidence—especially for those without a computing background.

Mathematical model for the control of infectious disease
We proposed a mathematical model of infectious disease dynamics. The model is a system of first order ordinary differential equations. The population is partitioned into three compartments of Susceptible S(t) , Infected I(t) and Recovered R(t).
