In this study we evaluated magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) changes in ankylosing spondylitis (AS) patients and investigated whether there is any relationship between MRI findings and validated methods of disease assessment. A total of 40 patients were included in this cross-sectional study (29 men, 11 women).
