ABSTRACT In this study, multifunctional polysaccharide‐based injectable hydrogels were developed using chitosan (CS) and dialdehyde bacterial cellulose (D‐BC), interpenetrated with pectin (PT). The hydrogels exhibited rapid gelation, good water retention, and injectability under physiological conditions.
