A Compact Hybrid Battery Thermal Management System for Enhanced Cooling
Hybrid battery thermal management systems (HBTMS) combining active liquid cooling and passive phase change materials (PCM) cooling have shown a potential for the thermal management of lithium-ion batteries. However, the fill volume of coolant and PCM in hybrid cooling systems is limited by the size and weight of the HBTMS at high charge/discharge rates.

A Soft Robotic Device for Targeted Massage Therapy of Residual Limbs
Residual limb edema after amputation can hinder recovery and delay prosthetic fitting. This study presents a soft‐robotic wearable device that delivers sequential compression through pneumatic McKibben actuators. By replicating the principles of manual lymphatic drainage, the device generates controlled mechanotherapeutic pressure patterns, providing a

A Perspective on the Applications of Triphasic Gas Storage in Electrochemical Systems
Gas storage in microporous materials positioned locally at an electrode or electrocatalyst surface enhances electrochemical processes. Abstract Microporous materials store gases under dry conditions (e.g., hydrogen or oxygen via physisorption), but in some cases microporous materials also show triphasic (e.g., in a solid|gas|liquid system) gas storage ...
