紫荆花花色苷脂质体的构建及其抗氧化活性研究Preparation and antioxidant activity of bauhinia anthocyanin-loaded liposomes
Zhongguo youzhi为了提高紫荆花花色苷的稳定性和抗氧化活性，以大豆卵磷脂为主要膜材制备花色苷脂质体，对其粒径、多分散性指数(PDI)和Zeta电位进行测定，采用透射电子显微镜观察微观结构，并进行结构表征，同时测定了其抗氧化活性。结果表明：紫荆花花色苷脂质体的包封率为(39.37±152)%，平均粒径为(126.97±2.05)nm，PDI为0.37±0.02，Zeta电位为(-16.8±0.9)mV，表明紫荆花脂质体囊泡较小，为纳米级，且分布均匀；紫荆花花色苷脂质体呈规则的球形 ...
