Integrated multi‐omic profiling maps the gene‐regulatory landscape of the coelomic mesothelium across heart, lung, and pancreas. A cardiac‐restricted regulatory program is uncovered in which TBX20 activates heart mesothelial (epicardial) cis‐regulatory elements, while MAF emerges as a conserved regulator of mesothelial identity.

In this paper the author tries to give general conditions for the existence of Bayes estimates and for the consistency of sequences of Bayes estimates. In Section 3 we prove existence theorems for Bayes estimates, which contain those of [3], as a special

ABSTRACT Periodontitis, a chronic inflammatory disease initiated and sustained by plaque microorganisms and host immune response, remains an intractable oral disease and a leading cause of tooth loss worldwide. Traditional mechanical debridement and adjunctive antibiotic or antiseptic therapy often shows limited efficacy due to the complex anatomical ...

In this study, we explore the practical applications of maximum likelihood and Bayesian estimation methods in the context of progressive type-II censoring, focusing specifically on the Marshall–Olkin extended Gumbel type-II distribution.

This paper explores a progressive-stress accelerated life test under progressive type-II censoring with binomial random removal. It assumes a cumulative exposure model in which the lifetimes of test units follow a Marshall–Olkin length-biased exponential

Soybean employs its circadian clock, governed by GmCCA1, to rhythmically defend against soybean cyst nematodes. The pathogen retaliates by secreting the effector Hg4E02, which hijacks the clock to suppress defense and co‐opt the host's translation machinery for nutrient acquisition.

On the Similarity of Classical and Bayesian Estimates of Individual Mean Partworths [PDF]
An exciting development in modeling has been the ability to estimate reliable individual-level parameters for choice models. Individual partworths derived from these parameters have been very useful in segmentation, identifying extreme individuals, and ...

In fibrotic distal lung regions, CD66c+ basal cells emerge as a pathological state. Using human distal lung organoids, this study identifies CD66c+ basal cells as a pro‐fibrotic state arising through transdifferentiation from secretory, AT2, and basal cells.

The purpose of the present paper is two-fold. First, we consider the estimation of the unknown model parameters and the reliability characteristics of a gamma-mixed Rayleigh distribution when a progressively type-II censored sample (PT-IICS) is ...

Neural Fields for Highly Accelerated 2D Cine Phase Contrast MRI
ABSTRACT 2D cine phase contrast (CPC) MRI provides quantitative information on blood velocity and flow within the human vasculature. However, data acquisition is time‐consuming, motivating the reconstruction of the velocity field from undersampled measurements to reduce scan times. In this work, neural fields are proposed as a continuous spatiotemporal
