Selinexor Reduces the Immunosuppression of Macrophages and Synergizes With CD19 CAR‐T Cells Against B‐Cell Lymphoma

open access: yesCancer Science, EarlyView.
In the tumor microenvironment, selinexor suppresses tumor cell growth and prevents macrophages from polarizing to M2 populations. The lower concentration of selinexor decreases CAR‐T cell exhaustion, enhances its cytotoxicity, and upregulates NGFR expression to prompt CAR‐T cell proliferation.

GPD1L‐Mediated Glycerophospholipid Metabolism Dysfunction in Women With Diminished Ovarian Reserve: Insights From Pseudotargeted Metabolomic Analysis of Follicular Fluid

open access: yesCell Proliferation, EarlyView.
Our study demonstrated the downregulation of GPD1L and its mediated glycerophospholipid metabolism dysfunction in patients with diminished ovarian reserve. Moreover, we verified that GPD1L knockdown leads to increased cell apoptosis and mitochondrial dysfunction of KGN cells, as well as impaired oocyte quality.

Inhibition of Alkbh5 Attenuates Lipopolysaccharide‐Induced Lung Injury by Promoting Ccl1 m6A and Treg Recruitment

open access: yesCell Proliferation, EarlyView.
In septic lung injury mice, Alkbh5 is highly expressed, promoting the demethylation of m6A on Ccl1 mRNA, thereby reducing the stability of Ccl1 mRNA and decreasing Ccl1 expression. This, in turn, leads to reduced recruitment of Tregs, further exacerbating the symptoms of septic lung injury.

Lactate and Lactylation in AKI‐to‐CKD: Epigenetic Regulation and Therapeutic Opportunities

open access: yesCell Proliferation, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Lactate is not only a byproduct of glycolysis, but is also considered an energy source, gluconeogenic precursor, signalling molecule and protein modifier during the process of cellular metabolism. The discovery of lactylation reveals the multifaceted functions of lactate in cellular metabolism and opens new avenues for lactate‐related research.
