Analytic approach to transport in superconducting junctions with arbitrary carrier density
Particle transport across junctions between two superconductors is commonly described using a simplifying approximation (often called the Andreev approximation), which assumes that excitations are fixed at the Fermi momentum and only Andreev reflections,

Low-Lying Collective Excitations of Superconductors and Charged Superfluids
We investigate theoretically the momentum-dependent frequency and damping of low-lying collective excitations of superconductors and charged superfluids in the BCS–BEC crossover regime.

Quantum fluctuations in the BCS-BEC crossover of two-dimensional Fermi gases
We present a theoretical study of the ground state of the BCS-BEC crossover in dilute two-dimensional Fermi gases. While the mean-field theory provides a simple and analytical equation of state, the pressure is equal to that of a noninteracting Fermi gas

Motion of a Solitonic Vortex in the BEC-BCS Crossover [PDF]
We observe a long-lived solitary wave in a superfluid Fermi gas of $^6$Li atoms after phase-imprinting. Tomographic imaging reveals the excitation to be a solitonic vortex, oriented transverse to the long axis of the cigar-shaped atom cloud.

BEC-BCS crossover in an optical lattice
We present the microscopic theory for the BEC-BCS crossover of an atomic Fermi gas in an optical lattice, showing that the Feshbach resonance underlying the crossover in principle induces strong multiband effects.

Bogoliubov theory of Feshbach molecules in the BEC-BCS crossover [PDF]
We present the Bogoliubov theory for the Bose-Einstein condensation of Feshbach molecules in a balanced Fermi mixture. Because the Bogoliubov theory includes (Gaussian) fluctuations, we can in this manner accurately incorporate both the two-body and many-

Properties of the strongly paired fermionic condensates
We study a gas of fermions undergoing a wide resonance s-wave BCS-BEC crossover, in the BEC regime at zero temperature. We calculate the chemical potential and the speed of sound of this Bose-condensed gas, as well as the condensate depletion, in the low

Collective dipole oscillations in a mixture of Bose and Fermi superfluids in the BCS–BEC crossover
We present a study for the collective dipole oscillations of a mixture of Bose and Fermi superfluids in the crossover from Bardeen–Cooper–Schrieffer (BCS) superfluid to a molecular Bose–Einstein condensate (BEC) in the ENS experimental setup (Ferrier ...
