Quenching a Fermi superfluid across the BEC-BCS crossover
We study the response of a Fermi superfluid to a rapid change of the interaction strength. For a broad range of quench parameters, the order parameter exhibits damped oscillations, however, we also identify quench regimes in which these oscillations are ...

Relativistic description of BCS–BEC crossover in nuclear matter
We study theoretically the di-neutron spatial correlations and the crossover from superfluidity of neutron Cooper pairs in the $^1S_0$ pairing channel to Bose-Einstein condensation (BEC) of di-neutron pairs for both symmetric and neutron matter in the microscopic relativistic pairing theory.

Collective oscillation modes of a superfluid Bose–Fermi mixture
In this work, we present a theoretical study for the collective oscillation modes, i.e. quadrupole, radial and axial mode, of a mixture of Bose and Fermi superfluids in the crossover from a Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer (BCS) superfluid to a molecular Bose ...

BCS BEC crossover and phase structure of relativistic system: a variational approach
We investigate here the BCS BEC crossover in relativistic systems using a variational construct for the ground state and the minimization of the thermodynamic potential.

Superfluid stability in BEC-BCS crossover
We consider a dilute atomic gas of two species of fermions with unequal concentrations under a Feshbach resonance. We find that the system can have distinct properties due to the unbound fermions. The uniform state is stable only when either (a) beyond a

Leggett collective excitations in a two-band Fermi superfluid at finite temperatures
The Leggett collective excitations for a two-band Fermi gas with s -wave pairing and Josephson interband coupling in the BCS-BEC crossover at finite temperatures are investigated within the Gaussian pair fluctuation approach. Eigenfrequencies and damping
