We present a study of the CO isotopologues and the high-density tracers H$_{2}$CO, HCO$^{+}$, and CS in Class 0/I proto-brown dwarfs (proto-BDs). We have used the IRAM 30m telescope to observe the $^{12}$CO (2-1), $^{13}$CO (2-1), C$^{18}$O (2-1), C$^{17}

The large-scale disk fraction of brown dwarfs in the Taurus cloud as measured with Spitzer [PDF]
Aims. The brown dwarf (BD) formation process has not yet been completely understood. To shed more light on the differences and similarities between star and BD formation processes, we study and compare the disk fraction among both kinds of objects over a

Extracting γfrom Bd(t) -> D(*)+ D(*)- and Bd -> Ds(*)+ D(*)- Decays [PDF]
We show that the CP phase \gamma can be obtained from measurements of Bd(t) -> D(*)+ D(*)- and Bd -> Ds(*)+ D(*)-. These decays are related by flavor SU(3) in the limit where spectator-quark contributions are small. If the pseudoscalar-pseudoscalar decays Bd(t) -> D+ D- and Bd -> Ds+ D- are used, the leading-order SU(3)-breaking effect is f_Ds/f_D. The

Iterated amplitudes in the high-energy limit [PDF]
We consider the high-energy limits of the colour ordered four-, five- and six-gluon MHV amplitudes of the maximally supersymmetric QCD in the multi-Regge kinematics where all the gluons are strongly ordered in rapidity.

Relation between Brown Dwarfs and Exoplanets [PDF]
One of the most debated subjects in Astronomy since the discovery of exoplanets is how can we distinguish the most massive of such objects from very-low mass stars like Brown Dwarfs (BDs)?

Accuracy Evaluation of Broadcast Ephemeris for BDS-2 and BDS-3 [PDF]
Abstract The BDS-3 system was completed in July 2020 and began to provide services to users around the world. The inspection of its operation, especially the detailed evaluation of the orbit, clock error, TGD and other indicators, plays an important role in the subsequent positioning.

Proper isometric actions of hyperbolic groups on $L^p$-spaces [PDF]
We show that every non-elementary hyperbolic group $\G$ admits a proper affine isometric action on $L^p(\bd\G\times \bd\G)$, where $\bd\G$ denotes the boundary of $\G$ and $p$ is large enough. Our construction involves a $\G$-invariant measure on $\bd\G\times \bd\G$ analogous to the Bowen - Margulis measure from the CAT$(-1)$ setting, as well as a ...

Chemical tracers in proto-brown dwarfs: CN, HCN, and HNC observations
We present results from a study of nitrogen chemistry in Class 0/I proto-brown dwarfs (proto-BDs). We have used the IRAM 30 m telescope to observe the CN (2-1), HCN (3-2), and HNC (3-2) lines in 7 proto-BDs.

Identification of BDS Registers [PDF]
The SSR Mode S technology is currently one of the major means of surveillance in ATM. Addressed surveillance enables the elicitation of replies from Mode S transponder on board of an aircraft containing different flight information in the so-called BDS registers.
