Micro frequency hopping spread spectrum modulation and encryption technology
By combining traditional frequency hopping ideas with the concepts of subcarriers and sampling points in OFDM baseband systems, this paper proposes a frequency hopping technology within the baseband called micro frequency hopping. Based on the concept of

Liquid‐Processed 2D Aromatic Amorphous Carbon: Defect Engineering and Universal Transport Scaling
Liquid‐processed graphene oxide (GO) thin films undergo a controllable crystalline–to–amorphous transition driven by thermal quenching. By kinetically tuning oxygen‐driven defect formation during reduction, scalable 2D aromatic amorphous carbon phases are stabilized, directly linking nanoscale disorder and defect topology to electronic transport ...

Highly aligned mixed‐dimensional vdW heterostructures are achieved through vdW epitaxy of 1D Sb2X3 (X = S, Se) nanowires on low‐symmetry 2D substrates (e.g. ReX2). Reduced substrate symmetry enables aligned nanowire growth and well‐defined vdW interfaces. Atomic‐scale characterization reveals specific epitaxial relationships and stacking‐fault defects.

Multi‐State Resistance in Microtubule‐Templated Gold Nanowires
The scaling limits of CMOS transistors require alternative, dynamically reconfigurable nanoscale devices. This study demonstrates the multi‐state resistance in pure gold nanowires templated by microtubules. Continuous nanowires with local inhomogeneities enable electromigration‐driven, multistate resistance modulation under voltage pulses, while ...
