Simulation and experimental study of beam free hydraulic pumping unit

In this paper, the principle of a no beam pumping unit is designed. Based on the AMESim software, established the hydraulic system models. The results of simulation indicate that the pumping unit balance and efficiency has been greatly improved.

Against the balance of beam pumping unit, power technology balance on beam pumping unit is proposed on the basis of kinetic analysis. The balance technology uses RMS minimum power, instead of RMS torque minimum. Oil pumping motor power curve which is satisfied Dirichlet conditions is expanded into convergent trigonometric series.
