Employing a digital single‐molecule activity tracker (dSMAT), this research demonstrates that high‐photon‐flux irradiation drives progressive oxidative scarring in polymerases. Unlike simple thermal denaturation, real‐time kinetic tracking dynamically visualizes enzymes degrading into multiple impaired subpopulations.

Strehl ratio and scintillation theory for uplink Gaussian-beam waves: beam wander effects
First-order weak-fluctuation Rytov theory predicts that the longitudinal (on-axis) component of the scintillation index of an uplink collimated beam will become significantly smaller as the size of the transmitter aperture increases up to around 100 cm ...

Electric Field‐Induced Hole‐ and Electron‐Type Flat Bands in Twisted Double Bilayer Graphene
The electronic structure of twisted double bilayer graphene is visualized using angle‐resolved photoemission spectroscopy with micrometer spatial resolution at twists of 3.1∘$^\circ$ and 6.0∘$^\circ$ as a function of gate voltage. Tunable hybridization effects and flat band formation occurs between valence and conduction band states due to a finite ...

Pancake Lenses through Curved Lamination for Compact Virtual Reality
This article presents an ultrathin VR optical system based on a 1.35 in. microdisplay, leveraging curved lamination technology. Compared to mainstream solutions, the proposed design demonstrates superior compactness (volume compression by 12%) and enhanced optical performance.

Modular Electronic Microrobots With Onboard Sensor‐Program‐Steered Locomotion
Modular electronic smartlet microrobots integrate ambient‐light energy harvesting, photodetection, programmable CMOS control, and bubble‐based actuation within a sub‐millimeter fold‐up architecture. A 58‐bit on‐board CMOS chiplet enables sensor–program steered switching between independently addressable actuators, achieving closed‐loop 2D navigation in

Pdf Models For Uplink To Space In The Presence Of Beam Wander
In this paper we discuss several models for the probability density function (pdf) of the irradiance of a Gaussian-beam wave from ground to space. We consider cases of tracked beams and untracked beams, both of which involve a certain amount of beam ...
