The beamline SINBAD at DAΦNE

Il Nuovo Cimento D, 1998
SINBAD, the first beamline in Italy designed to work in the far-and-mid-infrared region, is being installed on DAFNE storage ring, the new F-factory at Laboratori Nazionali di Frascati. DAFNE, first injected in September 1997, will work at 0.51 GeV with a beam current in the range 2-5 A.

The BEAR Beamline at Elettra

AIP Conference Proceedings, 2004
The BEAR (Bending Magnet for Emission Absorption and Reflectivity) beamline is installed at the right exit of the 8.1 bending magnet at ELETTRA. The beamline -- in operation since January 2003 -- delivers linear and circularly polarized radiation in the 5 - 1600 eV energy range.

ELI Beamlines User Oriented High-Harmonic Beamline

OSA High-brightness Sources and Light-driven Interactions Congress 2020 (EUVXRAY, HILAS, MICS), 2020
We present latest progress and experimental capabilities of user-oriented XUV beamline based on high harmonic generation (HHG). The focal length of the HHG was recently extended to 5 meters, upscaling the overall XUV photon flux.

Radiation protection of a proton beamline at ELI-Beamlines

Journal of Instrumentation, 2016
ELI-Beamlines (ELI stands for Extreme Light Infrastructure) is a new EU funded laser facility located near Prague, in Czech Republic. It will use laser-driven plasma sources to accelerate particles and host a dedicated proton beamline called ELIMAIA (ELI Multidisciplinary Applications of laser- Ion Acceleration) designed to reach energies up to 250 MeV.

The macromolecular crystallography beamline at ELETTRA

Review of Scientific Instruments, 1995
A new beamline for macromolecular crystallography has been constructed and is currently under commissioning. Its source is the high-power wiggler at the 2 GeV storage ring ELETTRA. The optics consists of a double-crystal monochromator in nondispersive configuration followed by a toroidal focusing mirror, and is designed to allow both diffraction ...

Beamlines

An Introduction to Synchrotron Radiation, 2019
Seven beamlines are operating in the NewSUBARU synchrotron facility. Four beamlines of BL-1, BL-3, BL-6 and BL11 have been constructed by 1999. Three new beamlines of BL-7, BL-9 and BL-10 become operational in 2000.

Beamline 10: A multipole wiggler beamline at SSRL (invited)

Review of Scientific Instruments, 1989
A beamline has been constructed at Stanford Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory (SSRL) whose radiation source is a multipole permanent magnet wiggler installed in a straight section of the SPEAR 3–3.5 GeV electron storage ring. The wiggler is a hybrid design that utilizes Nd–Fe alloy magnet material combined with Vanadium Permendur poles.
