Handbook of Establishing and Maintaining Oxygen‐Free Atmospheres
This study presents a practical framework for creating oxygen‐free atmospheres at ambient pressure using silane‐doped inert gases. The results show that ultra‐low oxygen levels and strongly reduced water content can be achieved through controlled silane dosing, drying systems, and sensor monitoring.

Pure bending of beams made of multimodular behavior material under creep conditions
The problem of pure bending of beams with rectangular and circular cross-section is solved at steady-state creep, taking into account the different characteristics of the material in tension and compression.

Design of steel and concrete composite beams according to NBR8800:2008 using pygad genetic algorithm and python implementation [PDF]
In this article presents a programming routine that was developed based on the Python language for the design of non-slender web steel beams having mono symmetrical and doubly symmetrical sections, with welded and rolled profiles, and composite steel and

Revisit of combined parallel‐beam/cone‐beam or fan‐beam/cone‐beam imaging [PDF]
Purpose:This aim of this paper is to revisit the parallel‐beam/cone‐beam or fan‐beam/cone‐beam imaging configuration, and to investigate whether this configuration has any advantages. Methods:Twenty years ago, it was suggested to simultaneously use a parallel‐beam (or a fan‐beam) collimator and a cone‐beam collimator to acquire single photon emission ...

Oxide‐Free Titanium Coatings by Wire Arc Spraying in a Silane‐Doped Inert Atmosphere
A silane‐doped argon atmosphere enables the production of oxide‐free titanium coatings via twin‐wire arc spraying at ambient pressure. This innovative approach eliminates residual oxygen, creating process conditions that prevent oxidation and nitride formation.

Dual accelerating Airy-Talbot recurrence effect
We demonstrate the dual accelerating Airy-Talbot recurrence effect, i.e., the self-imaging of accelerating optical beams, by propagating a superposition of Airy beams with successively changing transverse displacements.

Generation of wavelength-independent subwavelength Bessel beams using metasurfaces
Bessel beams are of great interest due to their unique non-diffractive properties. Using a conical prism or an objective paired with an annular aperture are two typical approaches for generating zeroth-order Bessel beams. However, the former approach has

Thermomechanical fatigue tests of laser beam powder bed fusion (PBF‐LB) Inconel 718 show that the additively manufactured material reaches almost the lifetimes of conventionally‐rolled material under no‐dwell conditions. Introducing dwell times at the maximum temperature markedly reduces the lifetimes due to pronounced grain boundary sliding associated

Theoretical and numerical analysis of reinforced concrete beams with confinement reinforcement
This paper discusses the use of confinement in over-reinforced concrete beams. This reinforcement consists of square stirrups, placed in the compression zone of the beam cross-section, in order to improve its ductility.
