Annexin A13 Protects Against Acute Kidney Injury by Inactivating TGF‐β/Smad3 Signaling
Advanced Science, EarlyView.ANXA13 is negatively regulated by Smad3 and exerts its protective role in AKI by inactivating TGF‐β/Smad3 signaling and Smad3‐p21 cell cycle arrest pathway through binding to TβRI, inhibiting the interaction between TβRI and TβRII, thereby suppressing TβRI phosporylation.

NFS1 Regulates IDH2 to Attenuate Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms via Interacting With SP2
Advanced Science, EarlyView.The loss of NFS1 leads to its reduced binding with the transcription factor SP2, resulting in decreased expression of the downstream gene Idh2. This causes a shift in energy supply toward glycolysis in VSMCs, ultimately contributing to the occurrence and progression of AAA.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Antibody drug conjugates deliver their cytotoxic anti‐tubulin or topoisomerase I inhibitor payloads to tumors through cancer cell receptor targeting.
