BLADE‐ON‐PETIOLE Genes Enable Genetic Bottleneck Mitigation Through Cross‐Species Repurposing of Floral Persistence Traits

This study shows that BLADE‐ON‐PETIOLE (BOP) proteins regulate floral abscission and senescence in tomato by interacting with TFAM1 to form transcriptional condensates controlling the ARABIDOPSIS THALIANA HOMEOBOX GENE 1 (ATH1)‐mediated abscission pathway.

Depletion of the RNA‐Editing Enzyme ADAR1 Invigorates the Antitumor Immunity of NK Cells

ADAR1 is upregulated in NK cells from melanoma patients, impairing their function. Its loss enhances NK cell tumor infiltration and cytotoxicity in vitro and in vivo. Gemella morbillorum Promotes Colorectal Carcinogenesis: LPBDCP‐Mediated Invasion Activates Ras Signaling and Destabilizes p53

ABSTRACT Gut microbiota dysbiosis promotes colorectal cancer (CRC) tumorigenesis. A global fecal metagenomic analysis identified Gemella morbillorum as a key contributor to the CRC‐associated microbiota. Fluorescence in situ hybridization revealed that Gemella morbillorum is enriched in CRC tumor tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues.
