Longitudinal Morphomolecular Monitoring of Head and Neck Carcinogenesis

A miniaturized endoscopic probe that integrates Raman spectroscopy and optical coherence tomography, enabling simultaneous molecular and structural imaging of living tissue, was developed. Applied longitudinally in a mouse model of head and neck cancer, the system tracks disease progression from precancerous lesions to invasive cancer.

In Situ Genetic Engineering Facilitates MMP‐9‐Responsive TIMP1 Release Through Proteolytic Cleavage to Boost Diabetic Wound Healing

This study develops an MMP‐9‐responsive protein release system that transforms resident cells into drug depots through in situ genetic engineering. Anchored to the membrane, the therapeutic protein TIMP1 is selectively released upon MMP‐9 cleavage.

Physics‐Constrained Constitutive Learning of Rate‐Limiting Timescales for Efficient Hydrogen‐Based Direct Reduction for Green Steel Making

A conversion‐resolved constitutive framework is developed for the hydrogen‐based direct reduction of iron oxide pellets. Effective reaction and transport timescales are inferred directly from measured trajectories and mapped against operating conditions, pellet architecture, and composition. Modulating Calcium Homeostasis via a Biomimetic Scaffold to Rescue Diabetic Ischemic Wounds

This strategy addresses impaired microcirculation and loss of extracellular matrix (ECM) guidance in diabetic wound healing. Musc@CP, a nanofibrous dressing combining an ECM‐mimetic chitosan‐pullulan scaffold with muscone, enhances perfusion by attenuating intracellular Ca2+ overload‐associated endothelial dysfunction.
