The study presents an antibiotic‐free strategy using medical fabrics coated with supramolecular assemblies of polyarginine and hyaluronic acid. These coatings showed strong antimicrobial and anti‐biofilm activity in vitro and in vivo, achieving major bacterial load reductions, including against MRSA.

A versatile approach is presented for fabricating smart multifunctional textiles by integrating thermo‐fluorescent carbon dot/polymer nanocomposite coatings with 3D‐printed interlocked architectures. The fabrics exhibit temperature‐responsive fluorescence, durable hydrophobicity, strong antibacterial and antioxidant activity, and enhanced UV protection.

Enhanced Endoscopic Internal Drainage of Gastric Abscess Through Additively Manufactured Stents
Postoperative gastric leaks are often treated with off‐label biliary double‐pigtail stents, yet conventional extruded designs are not optimized for leak anatomy, can migrate, and may limit abscess evacuation. PETALS is introduced to optimize transmural drainage geometry and enable patient‐specific 3D‐printable stents.

Nursing care of bed-sore patients of ulceration stage undergoing comprehensive therapy
[目的]观察碘酊、氧疗、特定电磁波(TDP)治疗仪综合治疗溃疡期褥疮的临床效果。[方法]将2 7例3 8处溃疡期褥疮病人的溃疡创面按常规外科清创后,先予2 %碘酊涂搽创面,后予密闭式氧疗2 0min ,再予TDP照射3 0min ,每日治疗2次或3次。[结果]2 7例3 8处溃疡期褥疮中,浅度溃疡12处全部治愈,坏死溃疡2 6处治愈2 5处,好转1处,有效率10 0 % ;治愈时间最短10d ,最长2 8d。[结论]碘酊、氧疗、TDP综合治疗溃疡期褥疮方法简单、效果较好。
