Introducing bedside handover reports.
Professional nurse (London, England), 1997Implementing change requires a thorough knowledge of change theory and change strategies. If change is handled correctly, initial resistors to change can eventually become ambassadors for the change. Most patients welcomed the introduction of bedside handover reports and increased job satisfaction was found among staff.
