Es wurden binäre Alkaliberylliumflouridgläser hergestellt und untersucht. Die erhaltenen Kurven der Lichtbrechung, der Dichte, der Molrefraktion und des optischen Raumerfüllungsgrades wurden mit Hilfe der Vorstellungen DIETZELS über den Alkaliioneneinbau in SiO 2-Glas strukturell gedeutet.

Abstract In this study we try to detect metal fluoride bands in the inductively coupled plasma. BeF∗ provided the most intense spectra with a head at 300.99 nm. Maximum intensity of BeF∗ was found under the following conditions: high carrier gas flow, low power level and low observation height above the load coil.

Abstract The potential for the measurement of 10 Be/ 9 Be ratios near 10 −12 , using 10 Be 19 F − ions and small accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) systems, is described. In comparison with the use of 10 Be 16 O − ions the interference from the 10 B isobar is reduced by about five orders of magnitude.

Bef analogy for axisymmetrically loaded cylindrical shells

Abstract A simple finite element analysis based on an analogy with the theory of beams on elastic foundation is developed for closed circular cylindrical shells with arbitrarily varying wall thickness subjected to axisymmetric radial loading which may vary in the longitudinal direction.
