Temperature dependence of the axial magnetic effect in two-color quenched QCD [PDF]
The axial magnetic effect is the generation of an equilibrium dissipationless energy flow of chiral fermions in the direction of the axial (chiral) magnetic field.

ABSTRACT Background Pediatric patients with extracranial solid tumors (ST) receiving chemotherapy are at an increased risk for Pneumocystis jirovecii pneumonia (PJP). However, evidence guiding prophylaxis practices in this population is limited. A PJP‐related fatality at our institution highlighted inconsistent prescribing approaches and concerns about

Sickle Cell Disease Is an Inherent Risk for Asthma in a Sibling Comparison Study
ABSTRACT Introduction Sickle cell disease (SCD) and asthma share a complex relationship. Although estimates vary, asthma prevalence in children with SCD is believed to be comparable to or higher than the general population. Determining whether SCD confers an increased risk for asthma remains challenging due to overlapping symptoms and the ...

ABSTRACT Background While Wilms tumor (WT) typically has a favorable prognosis, relapsed cases—especially those with high‐risk histology—remain therapeutically challenging after intensive frontline therapy. The combination of vincristine and irinotecan has demonstrated activity in pediatric solid tumors, and pazopanib, a multi‐targeted tyrosine kinase ...

Asymptotic Behavior for a Nonlocal Diffusion Equation in Domains with Holes [PDF]
The paper deals with the asymptotic behavior of solutions to a non-local diffusion equation, $u_t=J*u-u:=Lu$, in an exterior domain, $\Omega$, which excludes one or several holes, and with zero Dirichlet data on $\mathbb{R}^N\setminus\Omega$.

ABSTRACT We sought to identify potential early risk biomarkers for lung disease in children post‐allogeneic HCT. Patients with pulmonary function tests 3 months post‐transplant and plasma samples between days 7 and 14 post‐HCT were included. Six of 27 subjects enrolled had reduced forced expiratory volume 1 (FEV1) z scores.

Psychosocial Outcomes in Patients With Endocrine Tumor Syndromes: A Systematic Review
ABSTRACT Introduction The combination of disease manifestations, the familial burden, and varying penetrance of endocrine tumor syndromes (ETSs) is unique. This review aimed to portray and summarize available data on psychosocial outcomes in patients with ETSs and explore gaps and opportunities for future research and care.

Exact form factors of the SU(N) Gross-Neveu model and 1/N expansion [PDF]
The general SU(N) form factor formula is constructed. Exact form factors for the field, the energy momentum and the current operators are derived and compared with the 1/N-expansion of the chiral Gross-Neveu model and full agreement is found.
