Dobiński relations and ordering of boson operators [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
We introduce a generalization of the Dobiński relation, through which we define a family of Bell-type numbers and polynomials. Such generalized Dobiński relations are coherent state matrix elements of expressions involving boson ladder operators.

Generating Functions for New Families of Combinatorial Numbers and Polynomials: Approach to Poisson–Charlier Polynomials and Probability Distribution Function

open access: yesAxioms, 2019
The aim of this paper is to construct generating functions for new families of combinatorial numbers and polynomials. By using these generating functions with their functional and differential equations, we not only investigate properties of these new ...

New Polynomials and Numbers Associated with Fractional Poisson Probability Distribution

open access: yes, 2010
Generalizations of Bell polynomials, Bell numbers, and Stirling numbers of the second kind have been introduced and their generating functions were evaluated.Comment: ICNAAM 2010: International Conference of Numerical Analysis and Applied Mathematics ...

Diagonal recurrence relations for the Stirling numbers of the first kind [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
In the paper, the author presents diagonal recurrence relations for the Stirling numbers of the first kind. As by-products, the author also recovers three explicit formulas for special values of the Bell polynomials of the second kind.Comment: 7 ...

Probabilistic multi-Stirling numbers of the second kind associated with random variables

open access: yesApplied Mathematics in Science and Engineering
This paper investigates a probabilistic extension of the multi-Stirling numbers of the second kind and a ‘poly' version of the probabilistic degenerate Lah-Bell polynomials.

The Hankel Transform of q-Noncentral Bell Numbers

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 2015
We define two forms of q-analogue of noncentral Stirling numbers of the second kind and obtain some properties parallel to those of noncentral Stirling numbers.

On Degenerate Truncated Special Polynomials

open access: yesMathematics, 2020
The main aim of this paper is to introduce the degenerate truncated forms of multifarious special polynomials and numbers and is to investigate their various properties and relationships by using the series manipulation method and diverse special proof ...

Degenerate Derangement Polynomials and Numbers

open access: yesFractal and Fractional, 2021
In this paper, we consider a new type of degenerate derangement polynomial and number, which shall be called the degenerate derangement polynomials and numbers of the second kind.

Rethinking the Normative Foundations of the Stakeholder Theory Through the Civil Economy Approach: Insights From a Relationality‐Based Anthropological Perspective

open access: yesBusiness Ethics, the Environment &Responsibility, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT A growing enthusiasm to reconsider the normative foundations of the stakeholder theory is spreading in related literature. Current research mainly focuses on religious, spiritual, and philosophical underpinnings to reexamine these foundations.

Three Representations for Set Partitions

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2021
The Set Partitioning Problem (SPP) aims to obtain non-empty disjoint subsets of objects such that their union equals the whole set of objects, and the partition meets some prespecified criteria.
