Distinguishability of the Bell states
More than two multipartite orthogonal states cannot always be discriminated (with certainty) if only local operations and classical communication (LOCC) are allowed. Using an existing inequality among the measures of entanglement, we show that any three Bell states cannot be discriminated by LOCC. Exploiting the inequality, we calculate the distillable

The incorporation of nondigested ECM and synthetic polymers into a co‐electrospinning system enables the decoupling of bioactivity and mechanical properties within a single wrap. This technique is used to develop a multifunctional bone wrap that achieves augmented membrane durability, sustained infection control, and enhanced vascularity for use in ...

Quarkonium (-like) states at BELLE
AbstractWe report the recent results on quarkonium (-like) states by the Belle experiment. A new charged charmonium-like state Zc(4200)+ decaying to J/ψπ+ is observed with a significance of 6.2σ. The mass and width of the Zc(4200)+ are 4196−29−13+31+17 MeV/c2 and 370−70−132+70+70 MeV, respectively; the preferred assignment of the quantum numbers is JP ...

Flexoelectrically Induced Polar Topology in Twisted SrTiO3 Membranes
Twisted SrTiO3 bilayers host polar vortices of flexoelectric origin, revealed through combined experiment and theory. By reconstructing polarization from the toroidal moment of strain gradients, the work establishes a 3D chiral state with broken inversion and mirror symmetries.
