Investigation of the grinding process and infeed control in abrasive belt grinding.
定切込み速度の円筒プランジベルト研削実験より,その研削過程の理論的解明を試みた.その結果,切込み初期から加工完了までの半径減少量の変化,ゴムコンタクトホイールの弾性変形回復による研削量などを明らかにすることができた.その研削過程の解明により,初期の段階で切込み速度を速くし,短時間で定常研削状態に到達させ,研削時間の短縮による高能率化を図った.さらに,コンタクトホイールの弾性変形回復による研削量を除去した研削方法を試み,寸法精度を向上させることができた.
