CBWO: Chaotic Beluga Whale Optimizer for Numerical and Engineering Optimization Problems
2023Beluga Whale Optimization (BWO) is a recently developed meta-heuristics search algorithm to provide good balance between the exploration phase and the exploitation phase in solving benchmark optimization problems. However, the local search of the basic BWO algorithm has slow convergence rate due to its poor exploitation capability. We proposed a hybrid

Exam Suggestion System Using Beluga Whale Optimization
Concurrency and Computation: Practice and ExperienceABSTRACTIn this study, an exam recommendation system was developed using the Beluga Whale Optimization (BWO) algorithm. The system generates balanced exams by selecting the most appropriate questions from a question bank consisting of approximately 12,285 questions according to difficulty, distinctiveness, and frequency of use in previous exams.

EBWO: a multi-strategy collaborative enhanced Beluga Whale Optimization algorithm
Engineering Research ExpressAbstract To address the limitations of the Beluga Whale Optimization (BWO) algorithm, including insufficient population diversity, susceptibility to local optima, and room for improvement in convergence speed, this paper proposes a multi-strategy enhanced Beluga Whale Optimization (EBWO). The EBWO integrates three improvement strategies:
