Do alternative classification systems improve prognostication in phyllodes tumours of the breast? A comparative clinicopathological study

Histopathology, EarlyView.
In this cohort, high stromal mitotic activity and malignant heterologous elements best predicted recurrence in breast phyllodes tumours. The WHO 5th Edition showed the strongest correlation with outcomes. Tan et al. showed near‐complete concordance, while the Refined Criteria overclassified malignancy without a clear prognostic refinement.

Abstract Hypophosphataemia is a common electrolyte disorder which can have clinically significant consequences for bone, muscle, neurological and haematological function.
