Benign tumors of the vulva, although relatively uncommon, are often referred to dermatologists for evaluation and treatment. The clinical features of benign tumors may overlap with malignant neoplasms, and therefore, a biopsy is often necessary to make a definitive diagnosis.

There are, perhaps, few conditions which cause as much anxiety and worry to the patient as do tumors of the breast. The reasons are not simple or clear. The breast is, of course, the most superficially placed of all organs where cancer frequently occurs, but there are deep psychogenic reasons which make the thought of loss of the breast terrifying to ...

Benign testis tumors are reported to be extraordinarily rare. Recent clinical experience has shown a high prevalence (7 of 12 patients) of these tumors, which, although small, is much higher than other reports. We herein present 4 illustrative cases and a practical categorization of the varied pathologic events causing these tumors.

Abstract The varied manifestations of benign vulvar tumors are reviewed to re-acquaint physicians with the disease, since less than 200 cases have been reported in the literature. A classical case is presented in detail, clinically and pictorially. Sarcoma of the vulva may be prevented if benign vulvar simple lesions and tumors are recognized and ...

Neurologic Clinics, 2018
Meningiomas are the most common primary intracranial tumor in adults. With schwannomas, these tumors account for almost all intracranial benign tumors. Despite the benign histologic nature, patients suffer from neurologic symptoms and require treatment. Surgery remains the primary treatment for many such tumors, though radiation may be used either as a

Hand Clinics, 1987
The two most common solid benign tumors in the hand are lipoma and xanthoma, both painless; however, these tumors enlarge slowly until they are recognized (because of their unsightly appearance or interference with joint function) and treated.
