Angewandte Chemie International Edition, EarlyView.We present a nanodroplet array platform that integrates solid‐phase synthesis, MALDI‐MS analysis, and cell‐based screening. Using nanoliter droplets, we synthesized and tested 325 potential MEK inhibitors and identified 46 active compounds. Selective Chemical Manipulation of Mannosyl‐ and Galactosyl‐Queuosine in tRNAs of Living Cells
Angewandte Chemie International Edition, EarlyView.The Q‐base in the anticodon loop of certain eukaryotic tRNA is further mannosylated and galactosylated. Using feeding of chemically manipulated queuine derivatives, we show that the sugar‐modifying enzymes perform the modification chemistry with high regio‐ and chemoselectivity.
