As a macrophage‐mediated innate defense mechanism, the dysregulated release of METs drives chronic inflammation and influences tumor progression. Furthermore, METs exhibit a functional duality within the tumor microenvironment, capable of both promoting and suppressing tumor development.

Palladium/Heteropoly Acid Catalyzed Oxidative Coupling of 2-Methoxy-1,4-benzoquinone with Arenes

Oxidative coupling of 2-methoxy-1,4-benzoquinone and arenes in acetic acid gives methoxyaryl-substituted 1,4-benzoquinones. The reaction is effectively catalyzed by a Pd(OAc)2/heteropoly acid (H9PMo6V6O40 ) redox system with dioxygen as the final oxidant.

Imidazolium PIL nanoparticles, as an N‐rich template and morphology director, enable a colloidal self‐nitriding route to TMNs (VN, Mo2N) within controlled solid/hollow carbon architectures. As sulfur hosts/additives, TMNs accelerate Li–S redox kinetics and support high‐loading cathodes.

Polar Lattice‐Distorted Motifs Enable Synergy of Local Polarization/Dipole Fields for Concurrent Glyphosate Wastewater Remediation and CO Evolution

Photocatalytic treatment of glyphosate herbicide in agricultural wastewater is achieved through the cooperative effect of the local polarization field and dipole field mediated by lattice‐distorted carbon nitride. Glyphosate is completely degraded via selective C─P bond cleavage with a CO evolution rate of 1166 µmol g−1 h−1.
