Synthesis of Some Mono-, Bis- NH-substituted-1,4-Benzoquinones
The preparation of new mono- and bis- NH-substituted-1,4-benzoquinones, namely 2,5-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzo[d]thiazol-2-ylamino)cyclohexa-2,5-diene-1,4-dione (3), 2,5-bis(3-(2-methylpiperidin-1-yl)propylamino)-3-chlorocyclohexa-2,5-diene-1,4-dione (6), 2-(4-

This work establishes a novel method for generating multicellular liver organoids from control and MASH donor iPSCs. The model recapitulates several disease‐specific characteristics, with MASH donor‐derived organoids showing higher susceptibility. Lipidomic profiling of MASH organoids closely resembles MASH liver biopsies.

We synthesized a high‐performance balanced ambipolar OECT polymer, P(gTDPPSe), via selenophene π‐bridge engineering. The selenophene π‐bridge enhances backbone planarity and optimizes the energy levels for doping, enabling high and balanced p/n‐type transconductance‐a key factor for high‐gain complementary inverters.

An interfacial proton‐relay microenvironment at MoS2‐CuCl heterostructures enables selective O2 activation to 1O2 under neutral conditions. Electron‐deficient sulfur sites mediate proton transfer to Cu‐bound O2, accelerating *OOH hydrogenation while suppressing O─O bond cleavage, achieving stable, efficient pollutant removal.

This study uncovers that quercetin naturally targets mitochondria. By coordinating quercetin with Fe3+, we engineer an ultrasmall cascade nanozyme (MCN) with superoxide dismutase‐catalase activities. MCN crosses the damaged blood–brain barrier, scavenges mitochondrial ROS, prevents mitochondrial DNA leakage, and blocks the cGAS‐STING pathway, thereby ...

Phylogenetic and biochemical analyses of the heme transporter CydDC reveal its functional conservation throughout bacterial evolution and demonstrate its unique asymmetric allosteric mechanism. Furthermore, impairment of CydDC function directly affects bacterial antibiotic resistance and likely compromises antibiotic efficacy through drug efflux.

Myrsicorianol, A New Prenylated Benzoic Acid Derivative from
A new prenylated benzoic acid derivative, named myrsicorianol ( 1 ), was isolated from the fruits of Myrsine coriacea and its structure was determined by spectral analysis, including 1D- and 2D-NMR experiments.

A ZnIn2S4–carbon dot heterojunction enables photocatalytic H2O2 production coupled with furfuryl alcohol oxidation. In this redox system, furfuryl alcohol acts as both the electron donor and oxidation substrate, producing furoic acid with 100% selectivity and 98% conversion while supporting efficient H2O2 generation with a solar‐to‐chemical conversion (
