, 2019 Amaç: Berberis thunbergii ‘Atropurpurea’ türüne ait çeliklerin farklı köklendirme ortamlarında köklenme durumlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem ve Bulgular: Çalışmada, köklendirme ortamı olarak perlit, kokopit, pomza, kayayünü, vermikulit ve torf kullanılmıştır. Bu ortamların çeliklerin öklenmesi üzerine olan etkisi incelenmiştir.
