Adzukisaponin VI, adzukisaponin IV, and angulasaponins B and C were the best compounds in all enzymatic grooves. Molecular dynamics (MD) simulation and free energy molecular mechanics Generalized Born Surface Area (MMGBSA) calculations manifested stability of binding and absence of unfolding in the best scoring complexes.
