A matheuristic for the traveling salesman problem with positional consistency constraints

open access: yesInternational Transactions in Operational Research, EarlyView.
Abstract We propose a matheuristic for the traveling salesman problem with positional consistency constraints, where we seek to generate a set of routes with minimum total cost, in which the nodes visited in more than one route (consistent nodes) must occupy the same relative position in all routes.

Reward‐specific learning parameters change across normative adolescent development and are blunted in youth with high risk for depression

open access: yesJournal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry, EarlyView.
Background Reward learning is thought to undergo refinement in adolescence, but little is known about how computational components of reinforcement learning develop. Given that adolescence is a sensitive period for reward system plasticity with associated vulnerability for depression, it is important to understand developmental trajectories of ...

Efficacy of up to 4 years of tralokinumab in adults with moderate‐to‐severe atopic dermatitis

open access: yesJournal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, EarlyView.
AD is a relapsing and remitting skin disease often requiring long‐term treatment. We assessed the long‐term efficacy of tralokinumab in adults with moderate‐to‐severe AD consistently treated for up to 4 years. Treatment with tralokinumab plus optional TCS/TCI provided substantial improvements in AD signs and symptoms, and these improvements were ...
