Generation of Bernoulli processes

Operations Research Letters, 1984
The paper presents and compares five different algorithms for generating Bernoulli processes, i.e. sequences of 0's and l's where each digit is a result of an independent experiment with \(P(1)=1-P(0)=p\). The five approaches differ in generators of random numbers employed.

Bernoulli processes interrelated by constrain

Communications in Statistics - Theory and Methods, 1988
Inferences for two Bernoulli processes related through their parameters are considered, A family of prior distributions is introduced, for which prior inferences on common ratios are discussed. Implications for posterior distributions are also described.

Interrelated Bernoulli Processes

Journal of the American Statistical Association, 1972
Abstract If the joint prior distribution of the parameters and of two Bernoulli processes exhibits dependence, we will say the processes are “interrelated.” This article motivates and studies a family of closed-under-sampling prior distributions, called the Dirichlet-beta family, for interrelated Bernoulli processes.

Bernoulli Processes with Non-Positive Correlations

Communications in Statistics - Theory and Methods, 2010
We deal with sequences of dependent Bernoulli variables with non positive correlations. Some special models for 1-dependent and 2-dependent 0–1 valued variables are analyzed, namely Bernoulli variables obtained by clipping a linear combination of iid variables.
