Attempts of standardization of J-BES (burden expressive suppression questionnaire Japanese edition)
The purpose of this study was to examine the reliability and validity of newly developed questionnaire to assess the burden expressive suppression for Japanese (J-BES) (Hatta et al., 2018). Reliability was assessed by the comparison of responses of J-BES

Dry electrode technology revolutionizes battery manufacturing by eliminating toxic solvents and energy‐intensive drying. This work details two promising techniques: dry spray deposition and polymer fibrillation. How their unique solvent‐free bonding mechanisms create uniform microstructures for thicker, denser electrodes, boosting energy density and ...

Single Solid‐State Ion Channels as Potentiometric Nanosensors
Single gold nanopores functionalized with mixed self‐assembled monolayers act as solid‐state ion channels for direct, selective potentiometric sensing of inorganic ions (Ag⁺). The design overcomes key miniaturization barriers of conventional ion‐selective electrodes by combining low resistivity with suppressed loss of active components, enabling robust

being typical and being individual [PDF]
Focusing on the cinematic treatment of typicality vs. individuality, Henry Bacon demonstrates how an actor’s accomplishments might be traced to the actor’s ability to provide viewers with a character’s distinctive comportment within a recognizable social and/or generic milieu.

In situ TEM uncovers the atomic‐scale mechanisms underlying hydrogen‐driven γ‐Fe2O3→Fe3O4→FeO reduction. In γ‐Fe2O3, oxygen vacancies cluster around intrinsic Fe vacancies, leading to nanopore formation, whereas in Fe3O4, vacancy aggregation is suppressed, preserving a dense structure.
