The Oscillation Probability of GeV Solar Neutrinos of All Active Species [PDF]
In this paper, I address the oscillation probability of O(GeV) neutrinos of all active flavours produced inside the Sun and detected at the Earth. Flavours other than electron-type neutrinos may be produced, for example, by the annihilation of WIMPs ...

In this work, we present sufficient conditions for oscillation of all solutions of a second-order functional differential equation. We consider two special cases when γ > β $\gamma >\beta $ and γ < β $\gamma

Reduced Modulation of Theta and Beta Oscillations Mediates Empathy Impairment in Parkinson's Disease
Background Empathy is an inaccessible part of advanced social cognitive functions in humans. Impairment of empathy greatly affects the quality of life of patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) but the underlying neurophysiologic mechanisms have not been ...

On the oscillation of impulsively damped halflinear oscillators
The authors consider the nonlinear impulsive system $$(\phi_\beta(x'))' + \phi_\beta (x) = 0 \quad (t \neq t_n), \quad x'(t_n + 0) = b_n x' (t_n)$$ where $n = 1, 2 \dots $, $\phi_\beta(u)=|u|^\beta\operatorname{sgn} u$ with $\beta>0$, and $0\le b_n \le 1$

Covalent organic frameworks (COFs) with metals have been recognized as versatile platforms for photocatalytic CO2 reduction (CO2PRR). Herein, an overview of metal integration strategies for COFs is systematically summarized. Regulatory mechanisms and structure–activity relationships between metal integration and COF‐based CO2PRR are emphasized.

Implications of neutrino data circa 2005
Adopting the 3 neutrino framework, we present an updated determination of the oscillation parameters. We perform a global analysis and develope simple arguments that give essentially the same result.

Polymorph engineering in ErMnO3 enables low‐voltage, forming‐free threshold switching with tunable negative differential resistance. Conducting orthorhombic regions embedded in an insulating hexagonal matrix provide controlled Joule‐heating‐enhanced Poole–Frenkel transport. The hexagonal phase prevents excessive heating and breakdown.

Minimally Allowed Neutrinoless Double Beta Decay Rates From Approximate Flavor Symmetries
Neutrinoless double beta decay ($\beta\beta0\nu$) is among the only realistic probes of Majorana neutrinos. In the standard scenario, dominated by light neutrino exchange, the process amplitude is proportional to $m_{ee}$, the $e-e$ element of the ...
