ABSTRACT Objective Onasemnogene abeparvovec (OA) is an AAV9‐based gene therapy for spinal muscular atrophy type I (SMA I). Real‐world outcomes show increased response variability compared to clinical trials, and follow‐up data beyond 12–18 months are limited.

Elevated Connectivity During Language Processing Is Associated With Cognitive Performance in SeLECTS
ABSTRACT Objective Self‐Limited Epilepsy with Centrotemporal Spikes (SeLECTS) is associated with language impairments despite seizures originating in the motor cortex, suggesting aberrant cross‐network interactions. Here we tested whether functional connectivity in SeLECTS during language tasks predicts language performance.

The distribution of butterflies (Lepidoptera: Rhopalocera) in Haloze, East Slovenia
Almost nothing has been known about the butterfly fauna of Haloze prior to our survey. During our field trips, including an extensive survey carried within the framework of the Student Research Camp Videm 2002, surprisingly high butterfly diversity was ...

ALDOA Promotes Glycolysis and NLRP3/GSDMD Pyroptosis to Accelerate ALS Progression
ABSTRACT Objective Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is characterized by progressive motor neuron degeneration. Glycolytic dysregulation is implicated in disease progression, yet the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. This study investigates how Aldolase A (ALDOA) drives ALS progression through glycolysis‐mediated motor neuron pyroptosis.

An ab initio study of the electronic structure of BF and BF+
The BF and BF+ molecular systems have been thoroughly studied by multireference variational and single reference coupled-cluster methods employing basis sets of sextuple cardinality. Potential energy curves have been constructed for 33 (BF) and 8 (BF+) states and the usual molecular parameters have been extracted most of which are in excellent ...

Advancing Age Modulates Associations Between Cognitive Impairment and Brain Volumes in Early MS
ABSTRACT Introduction Cognitive impairment is common in multiple sclerosis (MS), but manifestations following the first demyelinating event are relatively unexplored. We investigated cross‐sectional associations between magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)–derived brain volumes and the presence of cognitive impairment outcomes five years after the first ...

Unreachability of $\bf{\Gamma_{2n+1,m}}$ [PDF]
We find bounds for the maximal length of a sequence of distinct $\bf{\Gamma_{2n+1,m}}$-sets under $AD$ and show there is no sequence of distinct $\bf{\Gamma_{2n+1}}$-sets of length $\bf{\delta^1_{2n+3}}$.
