Study of strength, deformability property and crack resistance of beams with BFRP

open access: yesEastern-European Journal of Enterprise Technologies, 2020
Experimental data of strength, deformability, and crack resistance of 2,000×200×100 mm reinforced concrete and basalt-concrete beams are given. Longitudinal reinforcement consisted of 2 Ø14 A500C for reinforced concrete beams and 2 Ø14 BFRP (AKB800) for basalt-concrete beams.

Considering the existing stirrup location: The axial compressive behavior of partially carbon fiber‐reinforced‐wrapped square columns

open access: yesStructural Concrete, Volume 26, Issue 6, Page 8588-8603, December 2025.
Abstract The behavior of partially carbon fiber‐reinforced polymer (CFRP)‐wrapped square columns under axial compression load has been investigated in this study. In order to understand the partially wrapped specimen behavior thoroughly, non‐wrapped and fully CFRP‐wrapped reference specimens were added to the study.

Influence of Granite Powder Waste on the Flexural and Microstructure Morphology Behaviors of Reinforced Concrete Beams With Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer Bars

open access: yesEngineering Reports, Volume 7, Issue 8, August 2025.
This study presents an empirical investigation into the flexural characteristics of concrete beams that are reinforced with glass fiber‐reinforced polymer (GFRP) bars, as well as concrete beams reinforced with traditional steel reinforcements with partial replacement of fine aggregate by granite powder.

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF THE LONG-TERM MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF BFRP BARS IN A CORROSIVE ENVIRONMENT

open access: yesMateriali in Tehnologije
With the rapid development of the emerging marine industry, more and more marine infrastructure projects use basalt-fiber-reinforced, composite-reinforcement (BFRP) tendons, which can fundamentally avoid the corrosion of steel bars.
