In this paper, the concepts of interval valued fuzzy bi-quasi ideals are studied by the authors. They also investigate the properties of interval valued fuzzy bi-quasi ideals in semigroups. Moreover, regular semigroups in terms of interval valued fuzzy bi-quasi ideals are characterized here.
