Room‐Temperature, Flexible MnBi2Te4/As2Te3 Thin‐Film Heterojunction Array Photodetectors
This study presents a room‐temperature, flexible MnBi2Te4/As2Te3 thin‐film heterojunction array photodetector fabricated via cost‐effective thermal evaporation. The device exhibits a broadband photoresponse from 450 to 1550 nm, with an ultrafast response time of less than 80 μs, a maximum responsivity (Ri) of 47.5 mA W−1, and a specific detectivity (D*)

Orientation Engineering in Flexible Ag2Se‐Based Thermoelectric Films
We comprehensively review recent advances in highly oriented Ag2Se films. We propose two practical metrics to quantitatively benchmark their application potential and establish a unified framework that elucidates the orientation‐dependent charge transport mechanism in Ag2Se‐based films.
