ChatCM‐RAG: A deep learning‐based natural language processing pipeline for analysing ChatGPT applications in medicine using BERTopic and transformer‐based retrieval‐augmented generation

• Topic‐aware pipeline maps 904 PubMed LLM‐in‐medicine papers into four themes. • BERTopic + Facebook artificial intelligence Similarity Search enables fast, semantically aligned evidence retrieval at scale. • Closed‐corpus prompting and PMID validation yielded no fabricated citations in pilot tests.
